For some, your time at university will be your first time away from home or in a busy city such as London or even your first time in the UK! This, combined with the change of learning style of university work, can be very daunting for some. Living in London can also apply a financial stress on your academic life. However, you are not alone in tackling these challenges. A combination of Hall Seniors, Wardens, Sub-Wardens and events are all here to help with your university life.
Wardening team
Wardens are here to help with a number of roles in the hall. They are also organising events along side the senior team but they are also here for various welfare support. They can offer someone to talk to about university issues or problems within the hall, such as difficulty with flatmates, all confidentially to make sure you have the best possible year. If a Warden feels they can not help personally, they will also endeavour to connect you to the right people if you need to discuss an issue in more depth. Also, if needs be, Wardens will also deal with discipline issues within the hall.
Seniors
Hall seniors are students just like you who are in their later university years. They have chosen to stay behind in university halls to be a friendly face for all within the hall, as well as help organise events for you through out the year.
